Mantras give our mind a high vibrational focal point, to balance our energy and quiet our racing thoughts. In this 2-hour workshop, we will discuss the meaning and pronunciation of the Mul Mantra, before engaging in 4 distinct experiences with this powerful mantra.

The Mul Mantra expresses the truth of our reality: ONENESS. As we learn to pronounce the words, and understand their meanings, we find that we can tap into an inner sense of “knowing”–beyond the realm of thought and logic. Come experience where your own sound can transport you!
